  • Account Information: To create your private, secure account and save your progress in the 70-day journey, we collect your Email Address, Name, and a Password.

  • Payment Information: To process your subscription, you will provide payment details (like a credit card number) directly to our third-party payment processors (e.g., Apple, Google, or Stripe). We never receive or store your full credit card number. We only receive a confirmation that your payment was successful.

B. Information We Do Not Collect:

We believe your personal journey is 100% yours. We have built Withyn to avoid collecting sensitive data.

  • We DO NOT Read Your Journal: Our program is designed for use with a physical notebook. Your journal entries, thoughts, and reflections are never entered into the app, never uploaded to our servers, and are never seen by us.

  • We DO NOT Track Your Health Metrics: The Withyn app does not have features to track, and therefore does not collect, any personal health data. We do not ask for your weight, calories, or exercise logs.

C. Information Collected Automatically:

  • Usage Data: We may collect anonymous, aggregated data about how you interact with the app (e.g., which audio episodes are most popular, or what percentage of users complete a lesson). This data is not linked to you personally and is used only to improve the app's functionality and content.
